KNOWLEDGE.
The future starts with learning.

To turn technology into practical innovation, Argo Tractors invests in training. The company works with technical schools and universities and builds on the experience gained in-house. From classrooms to manufacturing plants, right through to the dealer network, knowledge is shared and grows through practice. What we learn today improves the work we do tomorrow.

TRAINING.
Giving skills room to grow.

Hands-on training stations, classrooms for in-depth learning and long-standing partnerships. Argo Tractors invests in facilities and relationships that ensure practical and ongoing training. Three figures reflect this commitment.

INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIA.
From know-how to knowledge-sharing.

Industry expertise enters the classroom. University research enriches company projects. Argo Tractors' academic partnerships include the collaboration with the Enzo Ferrari Department of Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, involving internships, degree theses, lectures and research projects. At MoreJobs, the university event dedicated to career opportunities, the company meets students and graduates. In addition, Argo Tractors supported Reggio Città Universitaria, the project that led to the creation of a new university hub.

ITS MAKER.
Putting learning to work.

For more than ten years, Argo Tractors has cooperated with ITS Maker, a post-secondary technical training institute, bringing its industrial experience into education programmes. Lectures, factory visits and discussions on course content link training to the skills required by industry. Students gain first-hand knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies used in tractors. During internships, they put what they have learned in the classroom into practice. A learning pathway that connects technical education with the real needs of the workplace.

FACTORY SCHOOL.
Experience is the best teacher.

Established in 2024 at Argo Tractors' headquarters, the Factory School is the company's in-house training centre dedicated to developing professional skills. It trains new employees and provides technical refresher training for Production staff. Here, experience gained within the company is shared through demonstrations and hands-on exercises. A learning pathway that builds independence and strengthens professional expertise.

DEALERS.
Training builds expertise. The field puts it to work.

Technical training

Through dedicated events organised in different markets, dealers gain a deeper understanding of the technologies, test the tractors and compare them with competing models. Training combines product knowledge with hands-on experience, helping dealers  highlight the strong points of each model and guide customers on the choice of the tractor best suited to their needs.
