For Argo Tractors the new year began by restyling the graphics and technological content of the corporate website (www.argotractors.com) and those of the three tractor brands that the multinational company manufactures and markets: Landini (www.landini.it) McCormick (www.mccormick.it) and Valpadana (www.valpadana.it) .
“Having been given a facelift and fully revised contents” explained Antonio Salvaterra, Marketing Manager of Argo Tractors SpA, “the new portals express our desire to interact with our customers and sales network in an innovative and engaging way. This course of action was decided upon last year when the Group manifested its clear intention to provide cutting-edge tools for full support. A digitization process that recently crossed another important threshold as we keep pace with the Factory 4.0 production concept. Innovation, competitiveness and service are three of the strategic guidelines in our corporate mission and we believe that an efficient, user-friendly technological “showcase” is the best way to address these goals”.
The new websites are tailored to the increasingly demanding customers of today’s world. Design and layouts have been updated. Images with a strong visual impact and emotional videos have been used right from the home page, from which detailed information about the products, technology, assistance, replacement parts, the corporate sustainability projects and news can be easily accessed. The Argo Tractors Corporate website and the 3 brand websites are all available in the English, French, Spanish and German languages. In addition, the websites adapt to all devices that access them (they are responsive to PCs, Smartphones and tablets). Thus ease of use for both customers and dealers, for whom the aim is to streamline their work and ensure access to several permanently active online services.
For this reason, a restricted area has been provided for the sales network staff who, after logging in, can exchange information directly and immediately with the mother company and with company representatives world-wide.
“The corporate innovation and digitization policy” continued Antonio Salvaterra “must not be dissociated from our continuing focus on the human factor. Here again, we have opted for immediately comprehensible but never overpowering graphic, technological and publishing solutions, precisely in line with the logic adopted in our manufacturing processes and in the products we create, in which innovation is always at the service of human beings”.
As well as sections on contacts, the latest innovations and scheduled events, each of the websites are linked to the social network platforms where users can establish, create and maintain direct and on-going relations with customers, business operators and all those who are part of the great Argo Tractors agricultural machinery world.
