A modern showroom, technologically advanced training centre, event area, an innovative Competence Centre and a test field for dynamic demonstrations – all on a total area of 13,000 square metres in the industrial park in Burgoberbach, Bavaria. These are the spaces, the figures and the potential of the new premises of Argo Tractors Deutschland & Osterreich, the German branch of Argo Tractors, the Italian leader in agricultural mechanisation, which was officially inaugurated today in the presence of the local authorities. Alongside the senior management of Argo Tractors, the mayor of Burgoberbach, Gerhard Rammler and the deputy administrator of the Ansbach district, Hans Henninger, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony. They emphasised that the Italian group’s new site is also strategic for the development of the Burgoberbach industrial centre and a source of synergies with Europe’s largest secondary and tertiary agricultural training centre in neighbouring Triesdorf.
“Today is an important day for the group”, underlined Günter Ordnung, General Manager of Argo Tractors Deutschland & Osterreich, at the ceremony. The new facility has already been operational for a few weeks and allows us to give more substance to our growth strategy in the German and Austrian markets, providing valuable support to the dealer network, which we aim to expand further, while ensuring an increasingly effective response to the needs of established and future customers. To this end, we have also created an innovative Competence Centre, matching a spare parts warehouse and specialist workshop, a rental centre and second-hand sales: thanks to this, we can comprehensively and promptly respond to all market requirements”.
Less than a year after the laying of the first stone, the inauguration of the new branch of Argo Tractors Deutschland & Osterreich is a source of satisfaction for the management of Argo Tractors. All in the wake of the strategic plan for expansion and consolidation on the main world markets in which the Italian industrial group has played a leading role, particularly in recent years. Simeone Morra, Corporate Business Director of Argo Tractors, emphasised:
“Even in this extremely complex historical period for the world community, our group has not stopped, continuing to grow thanks to a strong, solid team and a forward-thinking Corporate strategy that, from the Villamarciel site in Spain to the Vaulx-Milieu site in France and this one in Germany, finds in our new modern and innovative branches an extraordinary tool for consolidation and development. With the Burgoberbach site, we are enthusiastically re-launching our presence in the most important European market, the Austrian-German one, offering dealers and customers increasingly cutting-edge products and services, thanks to our continuous investments in research and development, technological innovation and Digital Transformation”.
